How the estimate works

The first-year figure includes €500 setup; the other results exclude setup. Domain, email, marketing costs and taxes are excluded. Your real fees and results may differ. Payment fees include 2.5% plus €0.25 per direct booking, assuming one payment per booking. Amounts are estimated from monthly totals; rounding per payment may differ slightly. Will a website automatically bring me bookings?
No website can promise that. It gives repeat guests, referrals and people who already discover your property a direct way to inquire or book. We help you make that journey clear; generating demand still matters.
Can I change photos, prices and text myself?
These tools are planned for the customer area. We agree their availability before your project starts. You can also send us small content changes and we will take care of them within your subscription. The demo currently shows the guest experience and inquiry flow.
Do I need to leave Airbnb or Booking.com?
No. Your website is an additional direct channel. Platform synchronization is not part of the first version; availability must be kept up to date separately.
What is included in the €29.99?
Hosting, SSL, technical updates, support and small changes to existing content. Send us your changes and we take care of them. Setup is €500 for one property. Payment provider fees, domain and email are separate. New pages and larger changes are quoted separately.
What if I have several properties?
We can plan one website for your collection or separate websites. Send us your properties and we will give you a clear offer for the scope you need.
